Groups with Partial Tent Rental on Saturdays & Sundays

~  Smaller Groups for 20 to 85 people   ~

You can reserve a 2-hour party on Saturdays and Sundays, which includes one tubing session (50 minutes) and access to reserved picnic tables in a shared tent.

To register your party, select the date and time that you want tubing to start for your party. You will then choose the number of tubing participants and the number of spectators for your group.

You will have access to your reserved picnic tables 30 minutes before your tubing session begins, giving you a total of 2 hours of reserved time. Please allow time before your tubing time (30 minutes) to process through ticketing. At the end of your two-hour reserved time, please fully vacate the party area, including all personal belongings, to allow for preparations for the next group's arrival. As a reminder, other Winter Park guests may use the non-reserved tables in the tent during your party. 

Package Details:

• 20 to 85 people
• Saturdays & Sundays
• $500 for 20 people (includes a tubing ticket, donut, hot chocolate, and reserved table space in the tent for 20 people)
• Additional guests:   $25 per person for tubing tickets (available in increments of 5 up to 85 tubing tickets), and $10 per person for non-tubing spectator tickets (maximum of 10 tickets).  Each ticket includes a donut and hot chocolate.
• Maximum Guest Limit: 85 total (combined total of tubers and non-tubers)

Times available:

• Parties 12:30p-2:30 with tubing at 1p-1:50p - Register for the 1PM tubing time on the selected calendar date
• Parties 3:30p-5:30p with tubing at 4p-4:50p - Register for the 4PM tubing time on the selected calendar date
• Parties 6:30p-8:30p with tubing at 7p-7:50p - Register for the 7PM tubing time on the selected calendar date

Important Notes:

• Tubing time slots allow for up to 85 people. Each tubing party guest must have a paid tubing ticket and signed waiver.  Unpurchased tubing tickets during your selected tubing time slot will be sold to the public, therefore other people may be tubing if you purchase less than the full amount.
• Everyone attending must have a paid ticket (tubing or non-tubing spectator) to sit at the reserved tables. 
• Reserved tables can only be used during your rental time. Please clean up and remove your items by the end of your reserved time slot to allow time for the next group. - Outside food is prohibited except for a celebration cake (only for registered groups). 
• Winter Park will remain open to the public during this time, and any unsold tubing tickets will be available for purchase by the public.
• Cancellation Policy:**   There are no refunds or changes of dates for any reason! We will operate in all weather conditions, including high winds, rain, snow, sun, and varying temperatures. Embrace the Michigan elements and enjoy being outdoors!
